Meeting Scheduler

This website will help you plan meetings where each person has an individual meeting with every other person. In addition, you can also choose the number meetings that happen in parallel. This option is useful if you have a limited number of rooms available.

Advanced Options

Number of mettings in parallel:
(Limiting the number of meetings happening in parallel will result in some people having a break.)

Show Break

Prevent breaks at end
In some cases it can happen that there is only one active meeting at the end. This option prevents this by spreading the breaks out.

Two Cells per Meeting
After exporting, this allows for more flexible formatting in a spreadsheet editor

Note: This page might be useful for other events. For example a sports game. Instead of people, use teams and instead for rooms use field 1, 2 etc.
